Meet The Doctor
Dr. Brooke Herbert, D.C. earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Masters of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri in 2016. She also completed a bachelors of Human Biology from Logan University making the Dean's list during one of her last trimesters. She came to Logan University with an Associate of Science from Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Illinois where she was born and raised.
Dr. Brooke has always been focused on good health and wellness as she always find time to works out and loves to cook healthy meals. She believes that allowing people to live their lives to the fullest potential is what drew her to Chiropractic many years ago. She enjoys all aspects of family practice especially the treatment of children, athletes and pregnant women. Adjusting techniques she has studied and practiced include: Diversified, Thompson drop, Cox flexion distraction, Graston, K-Tape, Webster and Active Release technique (ART). She earned her ART certification in Santa Clara, CA in 2015.
As a mom to two young boys and military spouse. She understands the struggles that come with balancing motherhood and military life. This is why she began her mission to provide quality, affordable chiropractic care for military families. Her goal is to take the financial stressors out of healthcare for you and your family to live a healthy, happy life.
Prior to moving to Fort Leonard Wood in August of 2020 for her husband's career, Dr. Brooke ran her own successful practices on Davis Monthan Air Force base and Vandenberg Air Force base. Each place she practices chiropractic during her husbands military career holds a special place in her heart. She has been very lucky to have treated many of the military member's and their families located at each duty station. She hopes to work at every stop during this military journey and help as many people as she can.
Outside of chiropractic you can find Dr. Brooke exploring the Missouri with her husband Kendall and three young children. They enjoy being outdoors, hiking, browsing the various farmers markets, trying new restaurants around the area and spending quality time at home with their dog Wrigley.
